In Response to the Issues with Boeing 787’s Trent 1000 Engine Manufactured by Rolls-Royce
We would like to express our regret for any concern or inconvenience caused following the issues with the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engine that powers ANA's Boeing 787 fleet.
On September 7, Eric Schulz, Rolls-Royce President - Civil Aerospace visited ANA. We will continue to work closely to perform the necessary inspections and maintenance on the aircraft to prevent recurrence.
No further cancellation is scheduled through to the end of September. Safety is always our top priority and Boeing 787 remains very important to ANA’s international and domestic network.
