World Index for 8th Consecutive Year

TOKYO, Dec. 25, 2024 - ANA HOLDINGS INC. (hereinafter "ANA HD") has been selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (hereinafter "DJSI") list for the eighth consecutive year and the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index list for the ninth consecutive year.

ANA HD was praised by Dow Jones for its corporate sustainability efforts, including its management of key materiality issues related to corporate value creation, human resource strategy and transportation safety. The airline also received recognition for its climate strategy, water consumption management and supply chain management.

The DJSI is a prestigious global socially responsible investment (SRI) index developed by US-based S&P Dow Jones Indices and RobecoSAM, a Swiss investment specialist focused on SRI. The DJSI tracks the stock performance of the world's leading companies according to economic, environmental and social criteria. In 2024, 321 companies were included in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index out of nearly 2,500 global corporations appraised. ANA HD was also one of only 161 companies selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index, out of nearly 600 companies selected in the Asia-Pacific region.

In addition to the DJSI World and DJSI Asia Pacific, ANA HD is also included in the FTSE4Good Index, the FTSE Blossom Japan Index, FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index ,the MSCI ESG Leaders Indexes, the MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index and the MSCI Japan Equity Women's Activity Index (WIN), all of which are prominent socially responsible investment indexes.
