ANA Unveils Refreshed THE CONNOISSEURS Menu,
Redefining In-Flight Dining

TOKYO, Feb. 28, 2024 - All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan's largest and 5-Star airline for 11 consecutive years, will update its highly acclaimed THE CONNOISSEURS collaboration menu from March 2024. This initiative underscores ANA's commitment to providing exceptional culinary experiences, reaffirming its status as a leader of in-flight hospitality.
The updated menu, in collaboration with THE CONNOISSEURS, a group of 12 celebrity chefs, liquor professionals from Japan and abroad, as well as ANA's own renowned chefs, offer passengers a diverse selection of Japanese, international and special meals including vegetarian and vegan options. This new culinary selection caters to various palates and dietary preferences, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all travelers.
In addition, passengers can take advantage of ANA's Pre-Order Meal Service to secure their preferred meals in advance. By accessing the ANA website 24 hours prior to departure, passengers can select their desired meal in advance and ensure their preferred menu will be served. THE CONNOISSEURS collaboration menu is available on routes departing from Japan to Europe and the United States, and on select routes departing from Japan to Southeast Asia*3 through the Pre-Order Meal Service.

Menu/Schedule/Routes

  • 1: On flights to Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and India, the menu is offered to passengers who use the Pre-Order Meal Service.
  • 2: Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, diabetic, low-fat, low-calorie, and low-salt meals are the special in-flight meals created by Hideki Takayama. The menu for vegan and vegetarian meals will be renewed from April 1, 2024.
