ANA Announces First Flight Schedule for "Pikachu Jet NH" with
Special Livery

  • ・The specially painted aircraft "Pikachu Jet NH" will operate international flights beginning June 4, 2023 with its first roundtrip between Tokyo Haneda and Bangkok.
  • ・In addition to the customized livery, newly designed aprons will be worn by cabin attendants and limited-edition designs will be featured on in-flight paper cups, paper napkins and headrest covers.
  • ・ANA original design commemorative gifts will be available for passengers who fly on the aircraft.

TOKYO, Apr. 28, 2023 - All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan's largest and 5-Star airline for ten consecutive years, today announced the first flight schedule for the special painted Boeing 787-9 aircraft "Pikachu Jet NH" which will begin operating on June 4, 2023. The inaugural flight will feature limited edition designs on the cabin attendants' aprons as well as on paper cups, napkins, headrest covers and commemorative gifts for passengers who fly on the "Pikachu Jet NH". ANA will also welcome passengers with boarding music that brings the world of Pokémon to life.

  • * NH is the airline code defined by the International Air Transport Association for ANA.

The "Pikachu Jet NH" aircraft features a livery designed for ANA, in which the Sky High Pokémon Rayquaza is depicted across the entire fuselage to create a vivid effect. Charizard, Latias, Latios, Vivillon and other flying Pokémon from all over the Pokémon world move together with Pikachu toward the shining rays of hope and endless possibilities of an interconnected world. Pokémon are also hidden on the aircraft facing side of the engines, so please keep an eye out for them when boarding on your next adventure with the Pikachu Jet!

Limited edition designs on the in-flight services and commemorative gifts

・Cabin attendant aprons
The aprons worn by the cabin attendants on the aircraft feature an original blue and pink design inspired by the specially painted aircraft's Pikachu theme.

・In-flight paper cups
Newly designed paper cups are available for hot and cold beverages. Enjoy them with your in-flight meal.

・Paper napkins
The paper napkins also feature Pikachu.

・In-flight headrest covers
The navy colored headrest covers* will welcome passengers.
