ANA’s Terminal 2 Transformation:
Offers Opulent Lounges, Seamless Transfers and Awe-Inspiring Views
Bringing luxury from the sky to the ground, resumption of international flights at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 cuts transfer times by 15 minutes and delivers other passenger benefits.

ANA has resumed international flights at Haneda Airport Terminal 2, a change that offers travelers faster transfer times between domestic and international flights and luxurious lounges. Five flights to Hong Kong, Taipei Songshan, Shanghai and London Heathrow are operating from Terminal 2, while other international flights will remain at Terminal 3.
The resumption of service to Terminal 2 International is particularly good news for travelers transitioning between domestic and international flights in the same terminal. The typical minimum connection time between Terminal 2 domestic flights and international flights in Terminal 3 is 70 minutes. Transfers within Terminal 2 typically take 55 minutes.

ANA used the 3-year service interruption during the pandemic to make others changes that benefit passengers.
“We revisited and updated the number of counter booths, layouts and how we maximize the time of day when there are no international flights operating out of the terminal,” said Ayana Matsumoto, of ANA Airport Service. “Our goal is to offer a seamless airport experience and ensure that we can assist any passengers who are not sure where they need to go. The resumption of international flight operations out of Terminal 2 is a starting point for ANA’s continued expansion in international operations.”

Terminal 2 International also offers passengers two luxurious departure lounges; "ANA SUITE LOUNGE" and "ANA LOUNGE" with a total seating capacity of 1,300. Designed by the world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma, the lounges provide a traditional Japanese garden-like atmosphere based on the concept of “Once-in-a-Lifetime Encounter.” They feature an open kitchen which allows passengers to indulge in sensory food experiences. These are the first ANA lounges where chefs and baristas prepare meals and drinks in front of the customers.
In addition to convenience and comfort, Terminal 2 International offers impressive views of the runways. The departure lobby has been designed to enhance the panoramic view while concealing the conveyor belts beneath the floor so that passengers can enjoy an unobstructed view out of the terminal.
